Whether you create this in a digital or paper format, this tiered list allows you to designate a specific priority to each project you’d like to accomplish. Current Projects are the ones on your plate right now, and there are usually 7-8, maximum. Projects that are In Progress/Waiting have been moved forward as much as possible, and they are waiting for another person to take action or a specific date to arrive before they can be completed (see “Waiting List.”) “Next in Line” and “Someday” projects will move up to Current when there is space and time in your schedule. If any projects on these lists are time sensitive, calendar triggers should be created to bring them to your attention at a specific time/on a specific date.
