Can You Resend My Login Details?

For those who have purchased a program or have become official members of the LearnDoBecome community, we have a special member's area that holds all of the exclusive resources. 

Have you just recently purchased and aren't seeing your login details email? There may be a few reasons why!

1. First off, please add Email@LearnDoBecome.com to your contacts for future emails to arrive effectively
2. If you purchased the program through a Paypal account, please check the email address associated with that particular Paypal account. PayPal automatically overwrites the preferred email you listed with the email address associated with the Paypal account you used. If this happened to you, please send an email to Email@LearnDoBecome.com to have your account switched back to your preferred email! :) 
3. If Step 2 doesn't resolve your issue, check your trash or spam folders in case the login details got delivered there first
4. Finally, try to search for "learndobecome" (without the quotes) to see where they may have gone
5. If you have a Roadrunner or RR.com email, please see the section below regarding these providers

Do You Have a Roadrunner or RR.com Email? Roadrunner and rr.com domains have difficulties receiving our emails. Most emails to those domains are bouncing. If you have an email address associated with either of those domains, you are likely not receiving all of the emails that you're supposed to receive from us. If you are interested in receiving emails from us--and especially if you have purchased a program from us--please consider creating a Gmail account. Our system works best with a Gmail account, and if you do have a Gmail address (or if you are willing to make one), please send a message with your former email and new Gmail listed to Email@LearnDoBecome.com. We will update your account and you begin receiving emails properly again. However, you can still access your program regardless of your email by following the steps below. 

Have you lost or forgotten your login details with LearnDoBecome? We have a simple automatic process to get you back on track! 

1. Search your email for "email@learndobecome.com login details" to see if it's still in your account. 
2. If not, click over to https://my.learndobecome.com/login/. 
3. Under "Forgot Your Password?", enter your email address that you used when you bought your program.
4. Click "Request Password Reset" (the password reset will come from wordpress@my.learndobecome.com).
5. If you don't see the email right away, please check your spam, "all mail" or trash folders.
6. Once you've regained access to your account, you can navigate to the "My Account" tab and click "Change Your Password" to update it at anytime.
