One of the key principles we teach is that small, bite-sized tasks add up. If a task can be done in two minutes or less–don’t write it down. Just do it immediately.
David Allen, author of Getting Things Done®, speaks often of "The Two-Minute Rule," which means that if you can do something in two minutes or less, you don't write it down or put it off to the side. You simply DO it.
