Read and Review vs. Inbox vs. Landing spot

We like to think of the landing spot as a daily checkpoint, whereas the inbox is the weekly checkpoint. The landing spots "catch" all that comes at you on a daily basis, and from there you filter those items and "choose" what goes into your inbox to be processed during your weekly review.

The read and review is where we put items we want to get to, but that don't necessarily have a deadline or need to be read this week. It may be articles on health topics, magazines with recipes, etc. We want to check the read and review more on an "as needed" basis. Ultimately, the best advice is to do what makes sense for YOU!

The point of each space is to have well-defined places so you aren't stuck in piles ever again! Ultimately, do what works best for you, but hopefully reviewing the explanation of each tool again and how I use them gives you some sense of direction on how best to proceed.
